Our aim is to dispatch your order within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. For most items up to 2kgs we use Royal Mail 24, delivering throughout the whole of the UK. However, for larger and more valuable items we use a 1-2 day courier delivery service.
If you wish to alter the delivery address please contact us quickly. We will do our best to intercept the parcel and change it. Once the parcel has been collected from us we are unable to make any changes.
If you would like to take delivery on a specific day or date (Monday to Friday Courier deliveries only), please send us an Ebay message and we will be happy to arrange this for you. If you haven’t made specific arrangements with us we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your item.
Our standard courier delivery service and charges are for delivery to Mainland England, Wales, and Scotland. Delivery to the following may incur an extra delivery charge:

Many of our parcels are delivered via Interlink. You will be advised by text or email when your parcel is due to be delivered, via their ‘Predict Service’ and will have the opportunity to:
Select an alternative delivery date
Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect the parcel from your local Interlink Express depot
Upgrade delivery to before 12
International Delivery
We are happy to post most of our items out internationally. Send us an Ebay message with your requirements and we will advise you if what you want can be sent to you, at what cost and by what method.
Receiving your Parcel
All our items are sent by 1st class post or tracked courier and you should receive your parcel by the due date. Sometimes Royal Mail take longer than they should to deliver and this is a bit out of our control.
If you have not received your delivery within a reasonable time frame please advise us by Ebay message. If your parcel has gone astray in the post we will happily refund or send a replacement after 7-10 days. This allows time for it to turn up. We would also request that you contact your local sorting office to see if it is there waiting for you. Sometimes parcels are returned to them without the Postman leaving you a card through the letterbox.
